There were two or three feedback/support emails over the last couple of months where I am not sure whether my response reached the callers.
I will always try to respond within a day, especially if it's a support request.
So, if you haven't heard from me, please check your spam folder.
I respond via the helpdesk system (Zendesk) and the email address might not always be exactly the same as the one the email was sent to.
As an example, the email could have been sent to simetim@nishco.zendesk.com and I could be responding from support@nishco.zendesk.com.
